morning one and all, i hope you are all well and have a good day, whatever you have planned. I have been fitting the new furniture together, luckily it was dead simple and no missing bits.
i must say it all looks rather nice and i am pleased with the results. Nothing planned for today, the weather has been decidedly dull and overcast, I will see what it does today.

if its remotely sunny i will venture forth to the local perhaps, or the park for an al fresco lunch. But everyone seems to be getting better weather out of town than here. Which seems odd, but never mind, as long as it doesn't rain i will be happy with that.

Glad you got your furniture. We had a new 3 piece suite back in April but still waiting for them to sort out a few problems we are having with them.

that's a shame, i have problems with the sofa and dust, but i think i have managed to make it more like its old self, not exactly dust free but looks better than it did.

i am still looking for a few bits and pieces of furniture, but going on places like amazon is a minefield, as thousands of entries for simple things like table stand, or telephone table.

We had 2 new riser recliners that we are waiting for them to put new workings into. These were meant to be checked before they left the factory too. We have had the repairers in 4 times so far and still not right and last time they sent workings for wrong size chairs.

Now the sun is starting to rise I think it is time to go and sit outside hopefully to cool down a bit. See you later I expect.

Morning all, another nice one here, nicest day of the year so far yesterday in terms of warmth. Had coffee in the Piazza, made the shop-check run over to Camborne and then went on a futile hunt for furniture wax - there's a store in Truro I'll hit tomorrow.

early ablutions has woken me up a bit, but can see getting to mid morning and feeling tired after such an early start.

i have been shopping online for another plant stand/telephone table, i can't seem to get exactly what i want. I have a lonely corner in the living room, crying out for a small table to fill it.

i think early breakfast too, as i am hungry, it will only be some bread and marmalade but that will suffice for now.
weather was not nice yesterday, cloudy all day, i spent a couple of hours moving furniture about and putting the new tables together.
today i can afford to take it easy as have no more stuff coming.
