As some of you know my Mum (84) has recently been in hospital with Covid phenomena.

She's been home 3 weeks now and is still not right. She's very confused, thinks im her neice who we have not seen since lockdown and today thought we were in the Cafe when obviously we were at home, she's like this most of the day.

I rang her GP who didn't sound bothered, said it can take a while to recover but I'm still worried, she wasn't like this before, she was lively and outgoing, especially for her age now i can't even hold a conversation with her.

Sorry to hear she’s still not 100% xx
"But the GP has given his opinion"

I know, pasta... he's only 7th on my list at the moment ;-)
Sorry Darcey for going a bit of thread, when my partner needs her urine tested, she pees into a bucket and I take sample from that to GP. Early morning is best time for sample.
sounds gross but a bowl that is big enough to sit in the loo will capture what you need and then 'pour' into the sample tube. Messy, yes, but nothing hot water and good soap can't clean as to your hands.....
That’s a good idea DTC x
been there, done that....!
Needs must! X
Could she possibly have a urine infection? Has she got a temperature, is she weeing normally?
Apologies, my phone missed the first page of replies
hospital admission is a big deal and they take a few weeks to recover at this age
