Pumpjack, you are presuming a lot if you think that people not taking the vaccine will be banned from anything.They will probably have to comply with the law and rules as they stand regarding face covering etc.

Signed. We don't put restrictions on other virus vaccinations, such as flu. And there's little chance this rapidly created vaccine, when it comes, will give complete protection anyway since they've failed to eradicate the common cold and flu after decades of trying. If individuals want one then fine. They will have, presumably, some level of temporary protection. And then the vaccine may find it difficult to survive in society. But I'd not bet on it since it's capable of mutating quick enough. Any vaccine is unlikely to be effective for long. So personal choice need not be and therefore should not be, compromised in this situation. We own our own bodies, the State must respect that unless an excellent case can be made; and it hasn't been for this.

The 'tin hatters' are those that are so scared that they want to enforce medication on others; not the ones who, having seen that the present government feels it's ok to override personal freedoms, opt to make it clear that, that's unacceptable.

No-one is suggesting that any medication be enforced upon anyone....

It is the assertion that non-vaccers will be tarred and feathered, or whatever nonsense is otherwise contained in the petition.

You don’t need to vaccinate everyone to achieve herd immunity.
Vaccine conspiracy theorists are the lowest of the low IMO. They appeared to include Lewis Hamilton. Or maybe he just retweets anything he sees.
While I wouldn’t argue with the sentiments of the petition, it seems it’s just an excuse for the anti vaccine brigade to take up arms (or more accurately perhaps refuse to give them :-) )
At the same time ignoring the fact that these petitions are always a complete waste of time. They should be stopped.
