So going out will be a lot more pleasant. Could make a start on that weeding! I don't think there is anything on the calendar, I'll check when it's coffee time, which won't be long!

I'm good. Hospital appointment cancelled for another week.

not too bad, could do as usual with more sleep but will catch up later on no doubt.

Er ate to see the specialist. I'm sure he will take me in for tests. Never mind.

no point Theland, i don;t like taking sleeping pills at all. they give me bad headaches.

Emmie - Ask for Lorazepam, a mild tranquilliser, sleep is a side effect, and it works.
I get it for help with breathing problems.

i take enough medication as it is, i have no trouble falling asleep, it's staying asleep is the problem, i do think my age is playing it's part.
