i understand in separation legal aid is available if there is domestic violence, but what if the claimant is claiming that falsely, , ie charges have been made but no case has been heard ( its pending)and the defendant is pleading not guilty. The claimant will herself soon be facing investigation for controlling and coercive behaviour.
