In a word,NO
Please ring the Samaritans - it's free and they will listen to your problems in confidence. The number is 116 123
Did you stop the pills all at once, or gradually? Would you consider going back on them?

I stopped 5 month ago because I thought that I won’t need anymore. I don’t know why it returned and it is worse . But I don’t wanna go to mental hospital again.
Will you talk to your GP?
Unfortunately it returned because you stopped the medication. Please start taking your meds again. It will take time, but you *will* feel better. You need to keep up the level of medication in your blood to feel right. It may only feel worse because you had felt so well for a while.

No I decided on my own. Doctors think that I still use pill.
Please discuss this with your GP, and if you at any time feel desperate call the Samaritans
Tell your GP you stopped the medication, please.
You need to talk to somebody, if you don't want to talk your GP then I suggest you contact the Samaritans.
Do you have any medication in the house Robby?
Question Author
Yes I have some.. But I would like to live without pills because I am too tired after the pills.
Tell your GP about the tiredness and ask if there is alternative medication.
You may need to have your medication adjusted. Tell your doctor how it makes you feel...both good and bad. I suspect that without the pills you are feeling worse than with.
Do you not have people around you, ruby, loved ones, friends? Just think how they would feel if they were to lose you. I had two cousins who committed suicide and the effect it had on their families was absolutely devastating. Take the advice already given and see your GP. My very best wishes for your improvement.
You know the answer, it's to return to/carry on using the medication you clearly need. We can only confirm what you hoped wasn't so, but knew was. If you think the medication isn't right for you, then you must discuss that with the doc. They can't help if they don't know what your issues are.
How about taking some medication for now and when you feel a bit better, which you will, you can see about changing the pills for ones which dont tire you out?

Got to be better than hospital, or harming yourself. Theres always someone around here if you need to talk more.
