Natural 100% pure fruit juice. Orange and Carot. Apple and carrot. etc...

Not sure of the caffeine content if any but Lucozade is great too.

haysi06, sweetheart sometimes it does you just as good to talk about your feelings to family or friends about whats making you feel low. A problem shared is a problem halved. xx

gill05- you are wise beyond your years! xx

Ginseng is good - you get it from holland and barratts, it gives you and energy boost!

In the short term, any sugary drink (fanta, sprite etc) will help as will bananas!

Good old water is good as well. Goes straight to your brain and 'picks-you-up'.

red bull always works for me :-)
chocolate
Berocca
I think berocca's good too. And Purdeys.

thanx everyone - much obliged - shopping list prepared for tomorrow - ginsen, barroca, purdeys, fanta, fruit & veg juices and chocolate of course!
hey haysi, i hate to be patronising but have you evaluayed your diet. Do tyou eat a lot of carbs, refined sugars etc... I would recommend a week of detox. Raw foods and high GI foods for a week. In the day if its cooked dont eat it, that ensure you only eat fruit and salad. In the evening have a piece of chicken or fish with steamed veg. Tomatoes are good antioxidents too. A good diet will give you all the energy you need. Chocolate is full of caffeine by the way .
Question Author
thank u so much - i do welcome the advice. I do intend to cut down on carbs etc and detox. i don't really eat much chocolate - but have been lately due to stress. i will give it a go and see how i feel.
