It will be hard work LadyCG. Been there done that. Bedroom(s) bathroom first. You will need the sleep and a place for the essentials. Allow twice the time you think it will take and more than you planned to spend. Helps if you have good friends in the trades.

well done... bathroom..kitchen..beds..then living areas...you'll be camping out for a bit..as long as wee sausage has a space for a cot... did it myself once in a large 7 bed wouldn't do it again ! lol..but have fun..and don't believe a word any tradesmen tells you !! lol...

Jordy - Not really. I live on a lovely street and there's one house that is totally neglected. Pity...it'll be beautiful if it was renovated.
