"crazy" Fine Cancelled!

Following Togo's post yesterday about Lee Williamson being fined for stopping in a bus lane to help a homeless man I thought it'd be an idea to mail the Mayor of Leicester....and to ask family and friends to do the same....

I hope my rather long and amusing email helped in a little way to encourage the mayor to call the fine.... "crazy"....and have it cancelled..... :-)

It is the right result brought about by many folk.....and Mr Mayor....

Nice to get a bee in the bonnet sometimes.....act on it.....and make things happen....

So much easier these days...when I had to change the mind of the Chief Education Officer many years ago I had to take a flask and packed lunch and sit in the corridor outside his office till he gave in and saw me....
