depending as where it is broken and what type of break it is.....YES.

Oh blimey. Thanks all....Sgt Troy thinks it's just badly bruised. No, have not been to GP, all he would do is send me to hozzy.
I am falling loads, nobody knows why,...seen Neurologist and Physio...they've no idea cos I don't go dizzy first, I just hit the deck with no warning. Got to go to walk-in Podiatry clinic (does that make anybody laugh? I think it's hilarious) first, cos think have either got ingrown toenail or infection like last time.
Pity it's on other side to hip problem...makes getting around v difficult :(

you may be able to get around with a broken hip, but being in pain is no fun, suggest a visit to the doctors anyway, if they send you to hospital they can do x ray surely.
^ agree with Emmie^
Baths, consider what might happen if you have one of your falls whilst on same stairs.

The investigations into the falls kind of went off the radar last year when I had cancer, which is fairy nuff.
I can't have unsupervised baths or showers, and can't walk anywhere without stick to keep balance.

danny, am lucky to live in bungalow, but step I trip on is from hall to porch. How do you know where I tripped? I never said ;)

Your attacks sound like what it known as "Drop attacks" but as you have seen a Neurologist, that is the first thing that would have been excluded. As for the pain, it does need an X-Ray but that is up to you.
Question Author
Thanks for that Sqad! Nobody has mention drop attacks!
Just know I want to avoid any more radiation after what they blasted me with for cancer. 5 days a week for 5 weeks.....I glow in the dark ;)

So sorry to read youre suffering. A&E is a must followed by immediate xray to allay your fears. All the best.
Don't panic about the pain.......pop into A&E....GP can't do much.
