Good Morning Early Birds!

Thursday. Lots of stars out to play this morning. A light frost.

The ongoing saga of the shower room. A very nice bloke turned up, on time, and worked almost non stop all day. A wee lass form the contractors called, with long streak of nowt in tow, turns out she's the good man's SIL. I dropped not too subtle hint that I'd put my stripes back on. again and bark, again if I have to. I think they got the idea! The shower is up and running. It's like something off the Starship Enterprise! Very fancy and very good. I had three shower after he'd gone! :o} All that is left to do is a new extractor fan, being fitted by the sparky today, I'm told, and the rest of the tiling. If the tiler turns up he should be able to have it all finished by tonight. I won't hold my breath!

It'll be nice to get my life back on track!

Morning and Well done, you deserve your super-shower. Don't know what it's like this morning, that would involve getting out from under the duvet! Feels a bit nippy. Not sleeping because of coughing, think I'll brave the kitchen for hot chocolate.

Morning zebo xxx I hope you shake you cough off quickly, debilitating, isn't it. Stay under the duvet as long as you can, perchance to sleep.

I've never seen a shower like this one! Very easy to use, the on/off switch and one big handle to set the temperature even someone severely disabled would be able to use it with ease.

That's high tech Boaty, I have to adjust temperature with the cold tap.

Very sneezy in downsideupland, spent the day cutting timber, will fire up the compressor soon, give myself a blow then shower and change.
Might feel a bit more human, not much mind you.
