I make Liposomal Encapsulated Vitamin C at home using the same ratio of Lecithin (sunflower granules) to purified water as ascorbic acid (vit c powder) to purified water, e.g. 24gms Lecithin in 200ml water added to 24gms ascorbic acid to 200ml water. I'm still at the experimental stage and wondering if anyone here makes LEC and uses a better combination of ingredients. Also, I typically take 30ml three times daily on an empty stomach and wonder if this dosage is average, above or below. It is far less expensive than IV megadose Vit C and is absorbed into the body far more efficiently than through IV.
