if your doc has prescribed them ..fine..they are pretty heavy duty..have you tried anything else yrt ?
It does work if your GP agrees to prescribe it but it constipates and can become addictive and have to come off it gradually.

I now avoid it , see what the GP says.
I am in agreement with what Mamy has said. This question should first be aimed at your GP.

See your GP.
You need a proper diagnosis.
As to Tramadol, it is 'heavy duty' and comes with side effects for some people.
Personally I will never take it again. I was prescribed it for post-operative pain and spent the next two days awake all the time and hallucinating.....until I figured out that the Tramadol was the problem.
Some folks are fine with it though.
Good luck.
See your doctor. It'll be a bit more painful if your straining with constipation! Sounds like a trapped nerve..
