Do We Have Liquid Fluid In Our Knees And Ankles?

I had a very shocking trauma to my legs last night, today my knees and ankles are in agony, hard to walk, hard to bend knees and flex feet, it honestly feels like all the protective lubricating fluid has leaked out, is that even possible? And no am not old,27 yrs old but like a lot of athletic,adventure and water sports.

Very helpful, let me just climb into my hindsight time machine should I ec? WELLthere was no pain or swelling yesterday when I did the assault course actuallty and today I’m tucked up on the sofa not wanting to wait 10 hrs in the er on a wiener

Not sure what’s got your gander up but I suggest a brisk walk, or ANY exercise to help you calm down cake gir, the rest of you who know how to use the internet properly, bravo for your answers

Not a lot to do with fluid in your joint.......if anything.
It is a general inflammatory response to overusing your joints and the symptoms are due more to blood flow and local chemical change then anything else.
