Just looked. No 6 nations again this week :o{
G'day Skipper.

Cider and footy?

Sounds good to me.

How's U?
Question Author
Afternoon oz. Not interested in watching 22 overpaid and overrated wannabe lovies chasing a ball. Ladies football is generally a better game. Cleaner and faster. There is athletics on I might watch that. Or go out if the weather is nice enough.

How's things in downsideupland today?
Question Author
The weather girl on the idiot box is telling me it's going to rain. All I need!
Rained all day here, makes a nice change.

Don't mind a bit of RU or League meself.

If you ever get the chance to watch Australian Ladies Indigenous Rugby League do so.

Those girls hammer each other, then share hugs and drinks afterwards.

That I would like to see!

The ladies rugby here is worth watching too. They get stuck in and mean business!
Good morning WBM... I'm looking forward to seeing United Play today but as for those sad trevors playing rugby... lol. .... each to their own. ;-)
Question Author
Morning ark. :o} As you say, each to there own. How are you my friend?
Good morning all.

I'm wondering if Australian Ladies Indigenous Rugby League is similar to Ozzie Rules Football. I remember watching that on TV in Adelaide and trying to work out the rules. I eventually decided that there was only ONE rule ("Thou shalt not kill") but that it was still a very flexible one ;-)
G'day again Arky, I've watched soccer.
That's the game where if an opposing player runs anywhere near you you throw yourself on the ground and pretend to have a massive injury ;-)
A little bit full of of cold... but I don't like to harp on about it.
Nothing like Aussie Rules, aka Aerial ping pong, Chris.

I've only lived here 55 years and still haven't figured out the game ;-/
Question Author
Morning Chris. That sounds about right. Have you ever watched hurling? That's only an inch short of armed conflict.
Question Author
ark that's enough to make you feel miserable mate. You have my sympathy.
Get well soon, Arksided!
