Bach herbal remedies, get it from Holland and Barret.
Physical exercise. Preferably something that involves hitting something. I find badminton quite therapeutic. Unless I lose. Then I get stressed ;o)

Do a Reiki 1 course so you can reiki yourself.

Or take the bottles to the bottlebank and as you smash each one, will it to embody something that's stressing you. Worked for me in my last job. [Till I quit ...]

I have found smoking weed very relaxing.

Classical music.

Everybody has a solution for stress relief, but different things work for different people. I find a good 20 mile cycle is a good idea, whereas some would say relaxation.

But the best solution is to murder the people who stress you out, then you won't need stress relief

You may find St.John's wart a little chewy-may I suggest St.John's wort?
