Are they OK to take. I find the Co codomol helps me sleep. Have googled it and some say ok and some say no.

I take both , no problem at all.
I'm no doctor, bit I would say it'll be fine. most GPs take a cursory glance at your other meds before prescribing additional ones. Then, in my experience they leave the scripts locked in their office when they swan off on their helf or full days leave. :( x x
co-codamol is meant to be a painkiller. I guess whatever works for you; but have you thought about asking your GP for an actual sleeping tablet if you need one?
I have more chance of getting crack cocaine from my GP than a sleeping pill.

Thank you for your answers. I did get prescribed Zopiclone sleeping tablet, but they made my head fuzzy.

Still getting anxiety from taking the Citalopram, am on day 15, please tell me it gets better.
It will get better, they will probably need increasing soon.
They made me feel worse so I stopped.

That's cheered me up Jackdaw.

Thanks Pixie, I need all the encouragement I can get. Before I started them my panic attacks landed me in A&E three times. My confidence is at an all time low.
You'll be fine in a couple of weeks at least
I agree. 2 weeks is nothing for anti-d's. Stay as strong as you can in meantime.....they WILL kick in, but not for another week at least. good luck, take care sweets x x
