Tim Farron
Strike a light, anyone listening to the idiot? Are the Libs even dafter than the Labs. Standing ovation for demanding our share of the illegal immigrants.

The faithful even gave Clegg a standing ovation. Surely, he personally, was the biggest reason for their obliteration .

Reckons he is going to fight the Goverment on all fronts too. Not sure how he will do that with a handful of MP's.
It's easy preaching to the Party faithful, but the public at large are another kettle of fish, as Mr Corbyn has found out.
I would not expect Farron to be around that long, he has his head firmly up his aris.

What planet is Farron on? He said that the reason for the big failing in the General Election was that people 'did not know what they stood for'.
What nonsense. The electorate understood in resounding fashion and didn't want to know. The opposition is so weak which is not a good thing for politics. The Tories need binoculars to recognise any threat to their commanding position.....

I listened to his speech on the radio in my car. Extremely moving and personal. It showed that he has a great vision for the future of GB: 250,000 (if memory serves) more houses being built each year; university education for everyone; less tax; more social responsibility.
Fabulous stuff.
It's just such a shame that it's all so pie-in-the-sky. I like Farron. I really do. He seems like a genuinely nice chap. But he's like every other Lib-dem leader there has ever been - promises the earth because he knows damn well that he'll never be in a position to have to implement any of these policies and if by some freak occurrence he is (through a coalition), real world economics will scupper his pipe-dreams quicker than you can say "tuition fees".
Lib-dems. The fantasist party. Only slight less deluded than the Greens.
