I am anxious re this final fitting of the denture "on the wire" - that last fitting gagged me a bit and a "new" tooth was added on at the back of teeth which I had not been wearing temporarily. Can you assure me it will all fall in (pardon the pun). Thanks for your answser JjCon.

PS the wire seemed to be just as thick as the plastic but then I was up to high do. thanks again.

it will take you a few days to get used to wearing but after that you will be okay. I had implants and for over week I had a pronounced lisp but it did go away once I got used to having a full mouth of teeth again !
Might I suggest you also put this in Body & Soul where J9Pur is more likely to be. Lots and lots of people never look at chatterbank.
Dee Sa can i be so rude and ask how much your implants cost im having so much trouble with my plate with 4 teeth on .
implants into the jaw will cost £1000+ each, maybe double that or more depending who and where. They're cheaper abroad (eg Malta about half that rate) but you have to add on return journeys for initial consultations, post-op checkups etc.
what £1000 for a tooth .
