You'd need to learn AGSM first (Anti-G Straining Maneuver) Works well when done right to prevent or lessen G induced air sickness...

It would be a good start, Daisy.
Best way I describe it Tony is the gut tightening, leg clinching, breath holding one does when… ahem… badly constipated. But, that, along with the pressure suit to keep upward force on the arteries works very well… in my experience.
