Wierd happening. Some nights I cannot sleep as I have a slight vibrating tremor going through my body. Keep getting up, walking around. Doesn't seem to help. Anyone have similar or know the reason.

I have this sometimes. I link it either to stress or MSG! If I eat crap (such as chinese or indian takeaway) I am far more likely to get it. So maybe make a note of what you have eaten when it happens and see if it's food related.
It could be visceral buzzing, which is often associated with sleep paralysis.

It's usually linked to anxiety.
I feel it often but not exclusively at night, mainly in my legs but sometimes body too. I call it buzzing and have put it down to the fibromyalgia that I've had for years.
