face hot, as well as chest, abdominal, particularly the pelvic areas,
urine smell very unpleasant, any ideas...

add in sneezing lots though don't seem to have a cold.
none at all except get well soon.

Presumably your doctor ordered the test, but is that all he did? I would have thought more investigations than that would be called for, but maybe he was just trying to eliminate something obvious first.
Question Author
there have been conflicting tests, one doc said yes whilst another said no, they sent it away for analysis which came back negative,
Question Author
trying to drink water, but it's painful, down the abdomen and below...
have to leave this one to Sqad but good luck anyway
I presume as jno says above that more than a urine test has been done? Did the doctor physically examine your abcomen? Are you passing urine and opening bowels normally?

You say Hot face etc, is this accompanied by a high temperature?

It may be part of a more complex syndrome to do with your chronic generalised pain, I do hope that somehow they can get to the root of all this.
Question Author
passing urine, but it stings and not opening bowels much, haven't take much food in lately, have not felt like it at all. The pain came on really bad last evening and lost my appetite
Question Author
not sure about high temperature, i have no idea what i would look for, i have been meaning to buy a thermometer, i don't look flushed just feel burning in places mentioned.
well, I'd say the obvious: if it's still like this tomorrow, see your GP or a walk-in centre; nobody should have constant pain uninvestigated. That's what we fund the NHS for.
Question Author
i will. last night was awful. not much sleep either.
just get one of those little thermometer strips and hold it wherever.
and you could google your local walk-in place and see if it's open late, there's no law says you have to wait X days before seeking help.
Question Author
any chemist presumably....
Definitely needs more investigation, please do let us know how you get on.
Sounds a bit serious, Emmie. I think you should see your doctor.
they always have one chemist in any localilty open late, don't they?
Question Author
you have to book through 111 to get the out of hours walk in centre, and it's a fair way away. and in a truly dire place, not one i am comfortable in during the day let alone late at night, if needs must i would, i have to remember to have cash on me at all times now...
I am not going to be much help here, as the two leading contenders seem to be a Urinary tract infection( cystits probably) and or diabetes.

See your GP tomorrow if possible.

P.S Yes i know the urine test came back negative.
Question Author
sqad thanks, i have booked an appointment, i need to buy a camp bed and set up there...
LOL.
