I've just had a letter saying I may be entitled to this as I get the middle rate of Care DLA and the higher rate of Mobility. I've had a look online and can't seem to work out how it works or how much it might be, if I qualify. In fact I had never heard of it until today. Anyone else got any ideas?x

Scarlett, I think that you qualify for SDP if you receive the benefits you are on and live alone.
That is providing that no one gets invalid care allowance for looking after you. You should apply.
see Disability Premiums on Gov.Uk
I think you should just apply and see what they say.
