Hydrated ? I am constantly getting awful headaches through dehydration and I just cant seem to keep on top of my water intake to the point I feel like I am drinking water all day. Trouble is Im hardly feeling thirsty so have to force myself to drink, Im suffering from dry lips, dry eyes and these headaches that no painkiller will get rid of. Im not diabetic. But suffering from bad night sweats even though its been sub-zero temperatures outside. I dont drink alcohol in the week at all, the odd glass of wine at the weekend, just stick to water and the odd cup of tea/coffee.

Who diagnosed dehydration as the cause of your headaches, PP? If you're confident that you're already getting at least as much fluid as anyone else, there must be a different cause (or, alternatively, there's an underlying reason why you're becoming dehydrated despite a reasonable intake of fluids). Consult your GP to find out what the real cause of the problem is.
Dehydration is a well-known cause of headaches, Tambo, but there does seem to be something further involved here (and an eye test might be worthwhile as well as a visit to a GP).
Are you like this all year or just in the winter when the central heating is on? If you were dehydrated, you`d be thirsty. If you are in a low humidity environment, your surfaces will be dry (dry eyes, skin and lips). That`s not the same as being dehydrated.
The headaches can be caused by too much water! Drinking too much can be very dangerous!
My mum had to take me to the doctors when I was younger for drinking too much water. I was getting headaches, feeling sick and lightheaded. It was horrible but it was like an addiction.

The charity Diabetes UK estimates that there are 850,000 people in this country who don't know that they're diabetic. Are you sure that you're not one of them, PP? (i.e. have you had a recent test?)
I have been to the GP countless times, had numerous blood tests (plus fasting for diabetes), all normal. I work in an office with no fresh air just air con, so maybe that is the culprit ?

If you've got any type of gas heating (whether that be individual gas fires or gas central heating) get a carbon monoxide test carried out. I nearly died (after a long period of having headaches) because of a dodgy gas fire in a bedsit.
A dry atmosphere will cause those symptoms. A decent moisuriser and lip balm plus eye comfort drops might help. It could well be surface dryness and not dehydration.
Sorry, Ive been like this since August last year. I can go a few days feeling ok, then the headaches come back again. GP told me my headaches were due to dehydration as the pain was above my eyes.
