Purpose - one month of the booze starting today, a support group to help, cajole, berate any ABers to meet this goal. The benefits being the drying out of the old leather known as the leather and a lack of ethanol in the body helping to lead to weight loss - which can be a couple of pounds a week.

You are welcome to join us and rant away with our grumps and withdrawal symptoms and then become all-saintly and righteous when we get towards the goal.

Any questions? Though sibs and I won't necessarily answer them. Will Sqad contribute on any medically related issues?

Just a minor one - I suspect it's the C2H5OH coming out - happens every year, usually a couple of days earlier. Well done your OH - that makes it much easier for you!
Well done you two, and your oh sibo.

well done Lady J - Adams Ale here too and may be a cup of tea soon. Staying in tonight to see the Attenborough programme, so not even a ginger beer.

How's it going, sibs? Headache gone? The tiniest of ones this morning, I suspect the continuing aldehyde withdrawal, but a cup of coffee sorted that out.
Fine DT, although I think I'm drowning! Just how much water and camomile tea can one drink?
