Tea is rich in Manganese and Potassium. Manganese is essential for bone growth and the body's development. Potassium is vital for maintaining a normal heart beat. It enables nerves and muscles to function and regulates fluid levels within the cells. Deficiency leads to erratic heart beat and fatigue.
The most beneficial thing in tea is bioflavinoids. these are plant chemical which act like antioxidants and help prevent heart and ciculatory problems. Green tea is best, but ordinary tea has lots, too.
And it stops you from dehydrating - in the right conditions. - the caffine a diuretic.
why do you not try herbal tea this has lots of different health sources
