Yarrow tea balances circulation. Add a little ginger if you always have cold hands and feet. (Don't use if pregnant) You can also add a few drops of ginger essential oil to a footbath (not a normal bath as it can irritate), or geranium essential oil to a bath.
Gingko biloba can help with Raynaulds syndrome - bad circulation in hands and feet. It's not suitable for children, though.
Be active, don't smoke, reduce alcohol, cutt back on red meat, fats and dairy products. Yes, to janye's suggestions and maybe you could try some herbal offerings like green tea or gingko.
