Morning sweetpea - this particular correspondent is recovering from a doze of Montezumas revenge on Friday night, sneezing all day Saturday and a running nose all day yesterday, which has decided to run for a second day. No I do not hve manflu, I have a simple cold but I do not do unwell. I hate being ill, i become the most bad tempered old git when i'm not well. I anm sat in my office with a cup of freshly made coffee and a mug of olbas oil inhalant. Just hope I remember to drink the right one!!

Morning ummmm and Boaty - sorry for being ignorant. Mix of sun and fog here up in NW Wales - home on Anglesey is foggy but in Bangor at work sunny. Some idiots on the roads on Anglesey this morning with no light on in the fog - HGVs at that!! By the way - nobody mention Ospreys to Nora when she comes in - they beat Leinster by a single point yet again to win the Pro12 Rugby final yesterday.
