I know if I have been dreaming I wake up more tired than I was before bedtime !!!

We all dream every night.

I'm sitting up, looking wide awake, and having conversations.
ummmm, could be some kind of stress related thing.
my sis used to chat /sing/walk in her sleep most nights 'till she was about 15...grew out of it...

do you think you are worried at all ???
I could have conversations with my eldest daughter when she was asleep, she also used to sleep with her eyes open which was quite creepy. lol
It certainly must disturb your partner. A friend said it happened to him but instead of speaking English he spoke in a foreign tongue even though he was not multi-lingual.
Ummm. I sleep walk, sleep talk and unfortunately sleep sing. I once sat up and sang all of Zip a Dee Doo Da. OH was in stiches. My voice is so bad I don`t even sing in the shower. It must have sounded awful. I don`t know if it affects how I feel in the morning but I do worry about waking up in the street in the alltogether!

Sleep is a strange thing.

Tony, I don't feel stressed.
OK then ( at the risk of a cyber slap ) don't worry about it, all women talk 24/7 anyway lol.

lol....

I was talking to OH earlier and he slowly put the headphones on. Do you think he was hinting??? :-)
Yep. lol
When I had grandson number 3 staying the other week I kept getting up in the night because he was talking and / or singing thinking he was awake, but when I went into him he was fast asleep, he is nearly 4.
tell him to sleep with the headphones on, then.

Anyway, there's a bit about somniloquy here

Bobjugs did a full patient handover in his sleep the other day. I lay there and got the patient's BP, pulse and full medical history. He's a prolific sleep talker and always feels tired.

Nothing on my mind besides the normal day to day worries.
Maybe something subconscious, ummm - keep an eye on it.

I fell asleep on the sofa yesterday afternoon and woke up rambling on about invoices - no idea what that was about!

I was chatting about netball....

Maybe JJ has creeped into my head...lol

The only worries I have are teenage boys, that goes without saying, and the gramps. I worry about them both....loads
I'd say so, ummmm; I talk in my sleep most of the night, every night, and dream (what feels like) constantly, so I'm always tired.
