Got a Health Check appointment with a new GP this afternoon. When I made the appointment they provided me with a plastic bottle for a urine sample. How much do they want? A pipette full or should I be more generous and fill it right up? I don't want them to think I didn't really try ;-p

Have you got a jerry can handy?
Depends, is it a 2ltr bottle????
Go on, fill it up - you know you want to.
3/4 full and try not to pee all over your hands.
probably a good idea to take poo and semen samples as well saves wasting tim e when you get there
a pint
and have you time to eat a lot of beetroot?
Find a pregnant person and ask them to pee in the bottle for you, that should freak your doctor out.
Or a dog....that would be fun..

The bottle is approx. an inch in diameter and 3 inches high. I've taken the middle ground and gone for 50% full.

Chuck, sadly I couldn't catch the cat.
