Mobile Phone Not Working

Got a new one a few weeks ago, this morning it was working as i rang someone,now its a blank screen, it is fully charged, i havent switched it off by mistake, as i had a incoming txt sound,tried to get it show main screen but nothing, its a nokia c3 any ideas anyone?

Bust contact to the screen ? Probably need to get the shop to look at it.

You have tried the ubiquitous turn off & on haven't you ?

And I take it you've tried removing the battery for a couple of minutes too?

Take is back. My c7 refused to charge I took it back and they fixed it
