i go to the gym regulary so why am I not losing weight?

Muscle weighs considerably more than fat,if you are working out it is possible that you are losing fat but gaining muscle. It is even possible to slim down but gain weight in this manner. Instead of using weight as a measure try using old clothing to gauge change in body shape or use one of those body fat calculator scales to see if fat content is decreasing.
