Wasp Sting

I had multiple stings from one wasp just above right knee on Saturday. It was sore for at least 12 hours following the stings. On Sunday and Monday I had an itchy red blotch but the pain ceased. This morning it is extremely itchy with red blotch but this time I have muscle pain in the surrounding area which is spreading to the top of my thigh. Should I consult a doctor or is it just a part of the healing process?
