There are no diseases that I know of that causes green urine.

Drinking pints of crème de menthe frappé? I'm offering that as a joke, but I did know someone who used to drink normal-sized glasses of that and - when in a round - he often ended up with several. He would then pour all of them into a pint glass and gradually down the lot. I have to say I never actually saw his urine, but I'd have been astonished if it had not been green.

I took vitamins that did this - I think they were Skin Hair and Nails formula or something.

Fluorescent yellow / greenish urine may be caused by dietary supplemental vitamins, especially the B vitamins.

I can't really help you but I eat asparagus and spinach almost every day and a lot of it and my urine is clear, not green! Could it not be an infection of some kind?

Green or blue: From asparagus and some antidepressant medications. In more unusual cases, this could mean a urinary tract infection.
