Radox for back pain???? It is a liquid soap - how on earth is it supposed to help back pain?

Radox do bath stuff, allegedly eases aches and pains, but muscular rather than structural.

You can buy a spray, I think it's called Deep Freeze - definitely numbs the pain. Also taking Ibuprofen (anti-inflammatory) should help.

A glass of red wine`s good for that. It relaxes the muscles!

Right - you need a relaxing soak in a hot bath and two ibuprofen.

There used to be a preparation in my youth called 'Fiery Jack'. Very efficacious (rather like Lily The Pink's Medicinal Compound), so I'm told.

All Fiery Jack did was burn your skin so much that it took your mind off the original pain!

Mrs yes 2 ibuprofen and 2 paracetamol will take pain / hurt away

If it is lower back this exercise will help

Get down on all fours and slowly arch your back UP like a cat, then relax (don't let your back sag in the middle as this will make it worse). Do 10 reps.
