ewww... I'm really not good with sicky stuff, but my 13 yr old was going at it like a good un for most of last night :o/

he's not eaten anything yet today, has managed to keep down some water and asked for Ribena, so he's kept down (so far) a very weak Ribena.

should he have some lunch (if he wants it)? what should I give him?

I have no idea. I assume not food poisoning as we all ate the same last night, so probably just a bug. there seems to be a bit of it around.
as long as there are schools, there are bugs
Then we had better get rid of all schools cazz1975! :)
you have to relax and accept these things along with colds and flu's as a fact of life..unfortunately ;)
Just give him what he feels like eating.......it is just vomiting without diarrhoea?

This toast etc with or without butter, ribena etc are just fads.

Here he is.......Dr Kildare. :)

If he was broad, i'd chance my luck :0)....( who would'nt? )

wish you well x
Feed him a dozen of those little strawberry jam pots you get in B&B's ... it won't stop him being sick, but it'll taste a lot better when it comes back up ...
