help! rash!

I have woken up today covered in a rash! It is like small red spots, some with a whiteheard in them. It is all around my nipples, by stomach, back and hips. and a few on my arms, they dont itch but are very sore if i try to squeze them.
They were not there last night,
I was in a hot tub on thursday night...do you think it is a reaction to the hemicals in there??? i am freaking out, they just keep appearing!!

Don't squeeze them if they are sore.

It's probably a reaction....if there are no other symptoms calm down and they'll go the same way they arrived....on there own.

ok, thank you. Its just i am supposed to go away with a guy for a few days today and they look hideous, just want to be sure they are not contagious...!

I often break out in mad rashes. I presume it's something I eat but I can never pin point it. Usually only lasts a couple of hours and no other symptoms so I'm not concerned.

Probably the hot tub, we had 7 girls off school last year because one of them had a hot tub party (they were only about 8/9 as well!) and all got rashes like the one you've described.

MOONSHADOW! You are a star! thank you! the rash is exactly the same as the pics on the internet!!!! I am so relieved, i thought it was something terrible!!! I have also phone my friend and told her to sort out her skanky hot tub - lol!!!
