Went to dentist earlier who referred to hospital for my wisdom to be removed. Does anyone know how long roughly to wait for the letter with confirmed appt? Thanks

The appointment will be for a consultation, not for the treatment itself.

The length of wait will depend upon many factors including:
a) which hospital
b) which consultant
c) the urgency of the referral

The best way of finding out for your specific case would be to phone the hospital concerned, and they would be able to give you an approximate timescale.
