I have developed Mastitis. Does anyone know why this has happened. I am not Pregnant or breastfeeding.

Could also be connected to medication such as the contraceptive pill.

I get it every other month. It's nothing to worry about. But your doc can prescribe something for it if it gets too uncomfortable.

Bit odd. Are you sure that you are not mixing it up with fibroadenosis which is much more likely in a woman who is not breast feeding or pregnant
