Each item that I print is tabulated/listed,when this gets to about 6/7 items the printer will not do any more printing until I have cleared the listings even though they have been printed off.Can anyone explain this please and perhaps tell me how to overcome this? Thanks

Im no expert, but i think the print buffer on the printer is full up. 67 items sounds a lot to print off in one go unless it is a pro printer model capable of handling a large workload.

The print didn't come out right it was supposed to be 6 or 7 items, and they would have been a couple at a time. Thanks for the quick reply anyway.
-steve is right ... it's the buffer
question is why it's not clearing
error printing often makes them stick .... it just happens ...

there is however another possble

go to the properties page for your printe (probably the sdvanced tab) take the tick out of keep printed documents

also try disabling spooling (you can always put it back)

but big print queues realy need a print server to supervise them (your router may have one that just needs enabling)

finally try printing RAW

don't forget to restore any options that don't make a difference
