I just had treatment after having 2 abnormal smear results. I hated the loop treatment but know it was needed and for the best. I have been trying to lose weight but have been told to take it easy for at least 4 or 5 weeks. Is there any exersice that is safe to do? im also worried as im only 25 and am worrying as i aso have polycistic ovaries.
