Hi I know that a gall stone attack can be induced by eating a fatty meal- Does anyone know if its any fats (ie including salmon & good fats) or just bad fats that induce attacks

I have gall stones and was told to follow this. Anything high in fat can worsen your symptoms, so drinking a pint of olive oil isnt good for you. I cant even drink skimmed milk in my tea at the moment without having an attack so am sticking to 20 grams of fat a day spread throughout my meals.

A bit or a disgusting question, but one I haev been asking everyone with gallstones, have you been throwing up after your eat but its not digested, no sicky taste just like mashed up food. Its really weird.
hey beema
i have to have surgery in a couple days to have my gall bladder removed....i am not allowed to eat any meat...nothing citrusy...no chocolate...no dairy............NOTHING! (srry for yelling...lol)
but seriously everything good triggers attacks
hi beema
