Some shoe repairers offer a stretching service, or certainly used to. I think they have some sort of heat/steam device

have a bath and wear your shoes and socks, while you soak.

keep them on for a while and let the start to dry out. they should them mould to the shape of your foot.

if you do need to keep them on for longer, wear thicker than normal socks.

i know it sounds stupid, but it works. believe me.
