Good Morning Early Birds

morning, wednesday already and the days are whizzing by. I hope that you are all as well as can be and that you have a very good day. I have no plans for the day, but am hoping a courier arrives finally with my goods. I have been waiting a while so it should be today.
anyone have any plans for today?

its quiet i know, no 1ozzy so far, but sure he will put in an appearance.

Fine thanks. Yes he is usually on here by the time I get my coffee and get moving.

that's because its afternoon/evening there i guess. sure he will fess up at some point.

Hoping for quiet morning today as got granddaughter this afternoon then 2 grandsons for the night as both parents are working.

so you will be baby sitting, rather you than me.,,,,

It has got harder lately but we like to help out when we can.

i bet it has now that your wife is somewhat debilitated. How is she by the way, better i hope.

Better than she was thanks but still gets very tired after doing things and doctors are still messing about with her tablets.

do they keep changing them tsm?

Yes took her off some and doubled up on others. They will get it right in the end I suppose.

maybe that's why she gets very tired, the tablets may not be helping?

We are finding going away is getting more expensive not so much the holiday but the insurance. Will come to a point as it did with my late parents that the insurance is the highest cost, then it is time to stop.

that's not fair is it, why getting older should the insurance be so high.

i haven't been away for years so don't know what it would cost. Would love to go back to Italy, but with my arthritis not sure it's remotely feasible.

More chance of needing it I suppose.

I can only do short flights these days but at least it gets away for break.

perhaps you are right, though i object to the costs involved in insurance.

i haven't flown for years, and last time took the train down to Italy, that was quite an adventure.
