Knitting!
Well 5 out of 10 for the ‘comedy’ but Hillary won’t be standing again for office by her own admission.
She does do voluntary work I believe.
‘Take up knitting’ just about sums up the sexist crap that’s been slung at this woman for years.
At seventy years of age Hillary should do whatever the heck she wants.
Vanity Fair is quite right to apologise. It is a completely patronising, sexist remark, which ignores the reality that many male communities (especially fishermen around here) made a decent additional income by knitting. I'm a female - I can't knit and see no reason to. Absolute tosh!
She 's toast - the uranium scandal puts paid to any ambitions in that direction.

^^ Mamya is also correct - Clinton can do as she likes - it is the article which is patronising.
Clinton should not run again. She was a poor candidate who came with a lot of baggage.

The knitting comment was a joke and was not a serious suggestion. A bit sexist because none of the other failed Presidental candidates were urged to knit instead.

Vanity Fair has apologised but the bad publicity will have done it harm.

Amusing that Trump got his magazines mixed up and attacked the wrong one. Par for the course.
I think it’s a case mamya of combining spending more time with her beloved grandchildren and being involved in grassroots efforts to reenergise the Democrats and political activism generally
Oh please not the uranium nonsense again. That was so ridiculous it was a poor 4th behind the email nonsense the Benghazi nonsense and the ‘Clinton foundation murders kids’ nonsense :-)
Some folks seem to have had a major humour bypass operation.
I know, mine was a throwaway comment, all this palaver I find hard to take seriously.

ps

Can everyone follow a complicated cable stitch pattern? ;-)
OK - I took the knitting thing badly - you don't know what a day I've had - I was patronised almost to death by a very elderly guy and I'm fuming quietly. He's too old and set in his ways for me to bother upsetting him (no, not Mr. J2!).
Don’t apologise jourdain. It’s bad enough having belittling remarks like that without then being told you have no sense of humour.
BTW maybe that list of ‘who Clinton blames’ may be another 5 out of 10 attempt at humour for all I know, but the inclusion of Jill Stein and Bernie Sanders on there is a bit desperate.
Who is it Clinton blames most for defeat? Boringly enough the answer actually is: Clinton.
Khandro.

The Uranium One accusations are debunked here.

https://www.snopes.com/hillary-clinton-uranium-russia-deal/

1. Clinton had no power to veto or approve the selling of the Uranium company.
2. The lion’s share of Donations were made from the company by one individual, several years before a Russian company acquired it.
3. No significant amounts of Uranium were exported, and certainly not to Russia.
//many male communities (especially fishermen around here) made a decent additional income by knitting//

Haha........back of the net. Knitting is way beyond the capabilities of Ms Clinton. Ducking and weaving she can do..... taught to her, of course, by her dress seminstress husband.
She does do voluntary work I believe.

Are you ok, ich?
You're saying some pretty weird stuff tonight.
I need a new Dictionary, some rum words on here lately.
‘Seminstress’ ??
Well yes, I know.
Maybe it's a new knitting stitch.
