Am in England and haven't brought enough bp tablets. I am 3 short. Shall I see a doctor here or shall I take the ones I have every other day, will it matter?

Oh! dear........you do need looking after.

What are the tablets?
and how often do you take them?
Question Author
co-aprovel, everyday 150mg
OK.
Here are your choices.....
1) Go tho a local chemist and plead insanity.......should be easy ;-)..tablets may be expensive.
2) Take one tablet on alternate days.

I would do the latter (No2) as your hypertension doesn't seem to be too "aggressive" based upon your medication.

Don't worry, no damage will be done by taking one on alternate days until you get back.

Oops no, 4 short!

Cheers 'n' beers sqad - I'll do the alternate days, thanks I was panicking!
My answer still remains the same.
sorry to disagree, but without knowing what your b/p is netti, id say take one daily as prescribed.........
I would suggest giving the Dr's a ring at very least - while Sqad may very well be right, you might be able to easily pick up a new packet of tabs and there would be even less to worry about.
drugs mule epic fail.
Question Author
I went to a walk-in clinic and they gave me a prescripion.
Ah! that is fine. Thanks for the update nety.
can't knock the NHS really can you neti? except the GP receptionists, they should replace them with robots or rottweilers, either would be easier to deal with.
