Hot skin, why?

When I place my hand anywhere on my body its burning hot. Dont feel ill.

It's probably a simple reaction to something you've eaten. (A really hot chilli dish, or curry, can have that effect!)
Is it a new thing? I tend to feel hot to touch on most of me, figure it's why I don't feel the cold so much, I maybe just have a higher general body temperature.

No rash or funny feeling to touch (or generally) or headache or anything like that?
