Oil for dry hair

Hi all,

I have been using olive oil on my hair for some time now, as it is very long, thick and naturally curly (and coloured!)

I have heard that there are other natural oils that are good as hair treatments, for instance coconut oil, but does anyone know what these oils are and where to buy them?

Thanks

Thanks, I did read that post, and have been using oil for some time but just wondered if anyone knew any other alternatives to olive oil and where to purchase from?
I have looked for pure coconut oil, but cant find any?

Thanks
I am a chef can you not get from a food outlet ? x
Just noticed under the link an advert for coconut oil hair.
Asian shops sell cocnut hair oil but don't recommend them for coloured hair. You need a good conditioner; look for L'Oreal range. All salons have it.
