Even skin tone

This year i am quite upset that my skin has gone do-lally,

Had major outbreak of spots 6 months ago which has left some red marks which are taking their time fading!

But my skin just doesnt look the same tone all over- can someone recommend something to even it out please?

Used to have skin like porcelain and now i just hate not wearing foundation!!!!

Oh and if anyone can recommend a way to stop my face (top lip mainly!!) sweating in this weather please feel free to let me know!
