Hair styler

I'm looking for a new hair styler . My old Nicky Clarke has given up .
Well ,let's say it went ..bang ,and I jumped abut a lot :)
What I want is a hot brush type thing ..not a straightener ..just one of those ones that give your hair a bit of bounce . Like a blow dry brush but electric .
Any recommendations......thank you .

hello again, am full of the joys, really good day (so far!) had got my android mended so is working again, tookt he other one in to be unlocked, had hair cut really short but long on one side, had eyebrows coloured, usually they look gently today I look like Liz taylor, but am getting used to it and quaite like it. Even went to the dentist (jno where's my badge?) but she only poked about and said does this hurt, well no way was I admitting to it, just can't fford it, so I beamed and gurgled "Its all fine" so I escaped!

Off to make a beef curry for tonight.

A'noon all...very sunny here too...it is a trick, it's flippin' freezin'!! It's enough to drive you round the bend :)
It's not surprising we've all felt so awful, I noticed the barometer had dropped back further than it ever had in the 4 years I've had it. I hope all your woes are less over the weekend....and fewer fireworks in the woffy area.

I used to be terrible with lifts but traipsing round miles of hospital corridors with my brother in a wheelchair meant I needed to get over it or do the stairs ....by myself, not with the chair, lol... and get to the top/bottom needing a stretcher myself. The ones that 'bump' as they stop often leave me with a cakewalk feeling though.

Jude you're very patient with all that physio, I know it's all for the good but I'd have been fed up with going by now and I assume it's the new hospital you have to go to? I've never had my nails done, I don't think I'd like anyone else filing them, it would go through me.

Woofy please.... you're with BT for b'band I believe? I think my 18 month contract will end in December. Do they get in touch or do I have to call them if I decide to stay? I might get tarquin to find me a good offer & then barter with BT.

Aha ..so it's falling barometers is it ? Haha .. I think mines fell off the wall .
I have got a sort of grip and vacuumed but it's taken me most of the morning and I've broken a nail .
I'm just waiting for Mr S to finish titivating himself then I'll clean the bathroom and that's it .
We had those paternoster lifts where I worked once .I missed my stop one day and panicked like the devil as it went up ,across the top and down again .I broke out in a cold sweat.
Not bad here today ,was sunny ,dull now but cold .

Hiya. Absolutely lovely morning here which was very uplifting, and enjoyed a garden centre coffee and cheese scone. Been browsing the net for jumpers whilst Mr LL has taken Meggie out, but decided not to buy anything. M&S are now ridiculously overpriced with their knitwear and nothing jumps out and grabs me. Will just have a quick look at Matalan before he gets back.................

I haven't involved any electrical appliances but I've been good again this afternoon, I've put a pile of things ready for the next charity bag. It was a case of having to lose something, padded coats take up a lot of room in the wardrobe and sis says it should be one in one out. Hang on, there are 2 coats, a jacket, a top and skirt (when did I last wear a skirt??!!) + odds and ends waiting to go. That's a lot of new space, I'd better get clicking, nature abhors a vacuum. :)

Robi, mine is a rolling contract, once the original period is ended, the contract will just continue until you cancel. Every time I have called the to say whats the deal, they have always offered me something better. last time it was upgrade to infinity with installation and the new gubbins included all at the same price as my existing contract.
I've got my Dad's barometer but I don't think it works properly, its like the one in Three Men in a Boat that will never forecast wet weather.
We have been out shopping and are now settled down braced for armageddon.

good morning all. We went to bed just after 11 but the boys had to go out and growl in the garden several times last night then the postman arrived at 8am. Nothing exciting, a new remote thermometer setup to monitor the tortoise, a new surge protected multi plug for the computer and a bilk purchase of cistern blocks because i like the bleach ones and the local supermarkets don't sell them. God bless Wilko's mail order.
A nice bright day here, might have a little doze on the settee.
